High quality assembly foam for professional use. Low pressure. Accurate dosing allows economical use. The special formula allows it to be used universally. "Astex" foam can be used at an ambient temperature of -10 ° C to + 30 ° C. It has excellent adhesion to most building materials: concrete, brick, plaster, wood, etc., except polyethylene and silicone

Usage

Clean surfaces from dust, dirt, ice and moisten with water. The tin can temperature should not be below + 20 ° C before and during assembly. The tin can can be heated using a container with warm water, the temperature of which should not exceed + 30 ° C. Working tin can position - upside down. Remove the lid from the pink tin can, then screw the tin can into the gun adapter until you feel a resistance. Shake tin can vigorously for 30s before use. Repeat the procedure if necessary. The processing time (for a 30 mm layer) is approx. 30-40 min. Fresh foam impurities can be removed with a special preparation or acetone. After complete hardening, the foam can be plastered, painted and glued onto. The foam must be protected against UV radiation.

Scope of usage

Installation and insulation of cabling. Filling gaps, holes and cracks. Heat and sound insulation of buildings as well as ventilation and air conditioning equipment. For sealing the space between openings and mounted door and window frames.

Storage

Store and transport upright in a cool and dry place in the manufacturer's packaging at a temperature between + 5C and + 30C. The warranty period of storage - 12 months from the date of production. Failure to comply with foam storage conditions may result in the product losing its properties before the end of the warranty period.
